Monitoring and evaluation
There will be a committee in the ministry to suggest the basis and criteria to be adopted when deploying soldiers as contingent, staff officers, military observers, military advisors and selection for foreign training and to monitor and evaluate the selection process. Based on the recommendations of this committee, the ministry will be able to issue necessary instructions to the Nepali Army.
